Nick helped me diagnose what was causing my damp issue in one of my flats. He then quickly came up with a plan and fixed the issue the most cost effective way possible.The job had to be done over the weekend which Nick had no issue with. After job was done he followed up a few weeks later to make sure there was no further damp issues. I found Nick to be very knowledgable, a hard worker who kept to the agreed timescales and cost , he was also very flexible with his time to get the job done asap. I have used Nicky from core property in four rooms in my house. First job was Two ceiling jobs that required boarding and skimming, when Nicky had finished you could hardly tell he had been because there was no mess. The second job was a large kitchen renovation which was nearly back to brick work. Nicky completed the job in the time frame provided and again left it very clean and the job was perfect. Lastly Nicky has recently competed my new utility room and the finish was excellent. I have recommended Nicky to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
